[Resolved] Vodafone India — Incomplete information about best offers | |||||
I recently did rs 448 recharge which suppose to offer me unlimited calling (Local+std) and 1gd/day data. Similar offer is provided by other competitive telecom companies with no hidden information. So, when i changed my home circle to another states vodafone circle they initially didn't charge me but later on hefty call charges were implied. I have lost decent amount of money and asked them for refund as they nowhere mentioned complete offer be it 'best offer' Flash or the confirmation message they sent on subscription of plan. Photos attached. Thus i demand for refund of money on providing misinformation to the customer. Goes without saying, costumer care of vodafone are of no use. They give mechanical answers to any query asked in quest of proving that the costumer did wrong Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jun 14, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved After raising complaint, Vodafone care called and provided with deducted refund. I ask all user to be aware of your rights and use it more often. Thanks Vodafone as well for prompt action taken within time. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
