[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Incomplete information given regarding bonus cards

Yesterday ( 7th april 2015) I did one recharge of Rs 398. Bonus card 398 for 900 local+STD minutes. The minutes are credited to my account but still my balance is getting deducted whenever I make a call. Called up customer care for this and they say, all bonus cards are valid in given circle only. My number is from Delhi/NCR region and I am currently staying in Bangalore. The details of bonus card nowhere shows that card will not be valid in roaming ( screen shot attached ) .Also when bonus card for 3G data is valid and working why not this when both are bonus cards.
