Vodafone India — Incorrect Abnormal bill charged | |||
I am using vodafone postpiad corporate connection and Plan "ST_CR_MV_E_CONNECT249" (talk time + net usage combo plan) was activated from 17th November 2014, But after that, from 17-24th Nov Usage charges : Rs. 757 +tax has been wrongly included in my current bill. I have repeatedly asked for a proper and revisied bill statement after deducting the extra wrongly charged amount with taxes, but I did not receive that. usually My bill amount falls between 350-430 rs. Why should I pay this abnormal incorrect bill amount which is caused due to their fault. After complaining, they accepeted their fault bt as a solution, I got mail from Vodafone that they passed credit Rs 500 to my number, which will be effective for next bill cycle. What does that mean? I think this is the worst customer care service provided I am getting and after 8days I submitted my complaint no such solutions provided by their end. Was this information helpful? | |||
