Vodafone India — Incorrect and overcharges for last 2 months - call barred | |||||
Hello officer, Vodafone postpaid mobile number - [protected] Circle - kolkata Corporate cug connection Amount payable - 511/- Amount charged - 1500/- Issue - all outgoing call is blocked for last 5 days This complaint is against mr. Sourav dhar and vodafone kolkata appellate authorities who are just harassing me for the last 2 weeks, by saying something and doing something else. I requested for the vodafone plan change on 21st march, 2016 and the delayed my plan change for more than 1 month by asking various details from time to time. I clearly told that i was not using any benefit for the earlier 499 rental plan and asked them to change it to the minimum 149 rental plan on immediate effect. But every time they asked different questions and delayed my plan changed for more than 1 month. And this was a corporate plan so the vodafone executive at my office did not inform me/helped me anything about these difficulties to overcome. Now, they have barred my outgoing calls for the last 4-5 days and after discussion with sourav dhar, he told that he will help to reverse the charges as per my explanations and will resolve the call barring problem. But he has never called me back after several reminders. So, my payable amount is rs.511/- (Except service charges) and they are charging me almost rs.1500/- which is totally unacceptable. Please help me to take serious actions against vodafone kolkata appelate officer, who promised me to resolve my issue but in actual nothing happened and i am facing huge difficulties for the last 4-5 days due to my call blockage.
