Vodafone India — Incorrect balance deducted | |||
Hi team, Vodafone have incorrectly deducted balance from my account. Last night i had a balance of rs 15 and today morning balance became zero. This incident happens many times but i didn't bother, but today its extreme worst and could not call due to this. I spoke to customer service and they said i have used mobile data and due to this they have charged. I explained them as i have other no. And plan active on that also have wifi, why should i use mobile data here when i know its not active in this no. And i will be charging. They said morning 9.25 i have used data, the fact is i got up at 9.45. This is really a matter to think as how the company is cheating to customer making business/profits by taking their money. Now i have a big concern, so many customer are complaining regarding the balance deduction but still they following the same trend. Kindly look this matter and provide me a resolution.
