Vodafone India — incorrect balance deduction | |||||
Myself, bought 1no. 30 MB Data Pack for 1 day @MRP 5/- from my SIM by balance deduction on 13-12-18 at 11-26 am morning & after that main balance became Rs.25/- after deduction of Rs.5/- from main / core balance of Rs.30/-. Please note I had consumed only 6MB data within 24 hrs. i.e. till 11-26 a.m. next day on 14-12-18, but while checking the main / core balance after expiry of that data pack I surprisingly noticed the same had been reduced to 0.03/- from Rs.25/- While complaining the above matter to the customer care executives at 198 they mentioned that balance has been deducted due to extra data consumed over & above 30MB data pack, however they didn’t mention how much data I had consumed with the plea of system was not showing. While complaining the same via mail they hadn’t replied till date with the plea that their corresponding department catering the above case were not responded however they provided me a non-responding service request no.[protected]!!! Is it the new system of forfeiting customer’s balance anyway by Vodafone??? Can TRAI become helpful in favour of the customers against the above in-correct activities of these service providers?
