Vodafone India — incorrect charges

Vodafone india has charged me for isd rates where the call was never connected. They have refused to resolve the issue. They do not agree to waive the charge.

They have charged me for sms which were not sent from my end.

They have charged me for internet data when i still had 10 gb left. Pfa snapshot.

I have called them multiple times and was denied help stating systems were down and to call back later.

They have promised a call back but did not get any.

They have refused to give a complaints no as well.

They refuse to give the call to a senior.

Looking to take this matter ahead.
