Vodafone India — Incorrectly balance deducted from my balance | |||||
Hi my prepaid Vodafone number is [protected] I'm amar gupta. On last Sunday in the evening I made a Internet pack recharge and then I hardly use 2 3 minutes Internet surfing and disabled my data Internet then and there then after 10 minutes I got sms your data is consumed exhausted so I checked my balance it was showing zero, why Vodafone deducted ₹120+ from my main balance for the Internet use . Please make a complain and return my full money back to my phone main balance, from Vodafone, it's all your automated system fault. Say it to Vodafone Return the balance for the incorrect balance deduction. Was this information helpful? | |||||
