Vodafone India — international roaming rental | |||||
I have been charged rental for roaming even when i did not use any of their services when away from the country. Vodafone mentions that only i[censored]sed then rental is charged, but this has happened 3 times that i have been charged. So basically they are playing fraud with customers. I have written mails to them, but they now refuse to repay me back the amount as well now they do not reply to my emails, also the nodal officer does not do anything, neither does the appellate officer do anything. I have written several mails but only in vain. Probably they are just sitting there in the office and making money by cheating customers and now they cannot write back, so they do not respond. This is the kind of service from vodafone. I used their service for over 10 years and lot more and not this is how they are treating their customers by cheating them and not replying back. I have written to their nodal officer yael dsouza, as mentioned in the website, but never ever received any response from her. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 12, 2018 Prasenjeet Sengupta's response There is also a slight inconvenience on the same number of beans on my second number: Does the Vodafone Company make such jokes with its new customers ??? my other number is [protected].

Whenever I go to Register with Vodafone option and enter my mobile number on enter Vodafone number, I am clicking on Submit and Generate OTP if no OTP is coming. I have done this process quite a while but no Can not find the answer too. Why like this ???
