I had booked a 3 month internet connection along with the dongle for 2000rs back in dec 2016. I was using it for a few days and after 4 days they came in for a house inspection. The house inspector for reasons unknown claimed that our house was under construction even though we have lived in the house for 6 months. Due to the negative report provided by the house inspector they cancelled our connection. I am trying to get back the money for which we had paid as an advance. Kindly help us in getting back the money.
