I have complained many times related to internet accessibility. But till the time no resolution received. Customer care executive just making fake promise. They saying your problem will be resolved within short period. But they are not giving time line.
Company has no customer value. This is the worse experience of my life towards customer service. I think you people don't understand customer value.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Hi almost similar was the case with me.They were not doing anything on the ground, just giving assurances over the phone.I will suggest you do the following to get the connection as well as refund back:
First write a mail to Vodafone Customer care.
If they don't solve the problem in 3-4 days then Just Write your complaint to CPGRAMS and see the effect for yourself, Include the docket no of complaint to Vodafone for reference purpose.

Select Grievance concern -->Central Govt then under Ministry Select --> Department Of Telecom.
It is a Central Govt. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and it works very fine.
My problem was resolved to my satisfaction.
And Yes Don't forget to tell others about CPGRAMS.
