Vodafone India — Internet plan charges

My mobile number is [protected] and i have been charged for internet plan which i hv already deactivated. I have already spoke many times to the customer care and even lodged the complaint but nothing happens. I was out of country and was not using this number. I told the customer care agent the same thing he told me we will remove the charges, but its been a month nothing happened
