I am writing to you to raise an issue about: intl roaming package deactivation
The issue that i have experienced was: they have not informed me the deactivation of my intl package at the correct time. Only after using around 21 mb at 12.00am ist (Uae 10.30pm), i got the message that "if you are not on package, you will be charged extra". But surprisingly until that time i have not received any message of deactivation of the package. Lastly, i got the message of deactivation at 12.20am ist (Uae10.50pm). Why they are not sending the message at the correct time? They are waiting for the customer to use it so that they can charge a huge amount?
It occurred on: in the current bill i got on 11/12/2018
This affected me because: i'm over charged with an amount of 5013/-
I want the full amount as refund as its the company's responsibility to inform the customer at the right time any activation or deactivation of the services. They cant load it on the customer on some or the other excuses.
