Vodafone India — Irresponsibility of customer care to solve a complaint | |||
I am a vodafone post paid customer with plan bmc 125 my internet service got disconnected on 25th april 2016 at 1 am, i have called around 10 times to request customer care to start my service they have told me that there is some mismatch in service and it will be activated within 4 hours. Its 5 pm 26th april now and its still not activated complaint numbers are[protected],[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I am a vodafone postpaid customer. From the bangalore circle. But 4 months back i shifted to calcutta and have been on roaming ever since. I lost my phone about a week back. I blocked my sim. And requested for a duplicate sim. The vodafone employee has been telling me for the past one week that i will receive it in a day. But the sim hasnt reached me yet. I had to go to the store 4 times. Mine is a corporate number and i use it a lot for work. This bad service has cost me a lot of time and money and energy. I want vodafone to take full responsibility for this horrible service. I dont understand why i should pay my rental for the month when i havent used my sim.. And that too because of incompetency from your end. I hope you can compensate for my inconvenience and loss.
