Vodafone India — irresponsible company | |||
About 4-5 months ago a canopy of vodafone is setup in front of my college. The guy is selling vodafone postpaid sim by saying them as prepaid sim in 50rs. When i get in touch with vodafone executive they are telling me to pay a bill for 3month while i wasn't using that sim and i don't know that sim was postpaid as i told before. Then i said to them to deactivate my sim but they said that i have to pay bill in order to deactivate sim else bill will be increasing day by day and they also said that they will sent court notice to my address.
