[Resolved] Vodafone India — is my postpaid to prepaid conversion process completed ever been? | |||
I am using vodafone postpaid number. I have changed my number from postpaid to prepaid. I have already paid my bill till 17.04.2018. I have been asked by vodafone store executive praveen at sector 18 noida, it will be converted within three hours. Now it has been two days but the conversion process has not been completed. I have contacted many times to customer care and he/she says it will starts within 8 hours, at 9 am, within 24 hours, within 48 hours, witin 72 hours. Now a customer care executing saying pay bill till today then it will be converted. Then again it will be repeated "it will starts within 3 hours, 8 hours, at 9 am, within 24 hours, within 48 hours, witin 72 hours. Now a customer care executing saying pay bill till today". Is this my conversion process completed ever been? Secondly i have been asked four times finger touch to link my aadhar to my number. Are they linking only my number or linking others numbers. I want to know linked vodafone mobile numbers to my aadhar. Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 21, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I have write to vodafone on email id(s) [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and then received a threatening call from a number 01207166000 for why I have emailed and complained on sites, However it has been resolved my issue. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
