[Resolved] Vodafone India — Issue with the Bill | |||
I have received a bill against my talkplan : MBB_C_V_650_30d_3GB_FU_3G 0n 18.8.2014 for the bill period 12.8.2014 to 16.8.2014 i.e., for a week that includes a monthly rent of Rs 117.68. If monthly rental is charged then the billing period should be a month i.e., 30 days and not 6 days and if a weekly bill is issued then a weekly rental should have been charged.
