[Resolved] Vodafone India — Large amount deduction for Internet compare to another Company that provide service to me | |
I am new custmure of Vodafone.I am using Number [protected] .Company provided 50 MB data at my First Recharge.After completion of data, i continue use Internet data
on date 15/07/2015 in morning.I consumed about 18.5 MB data (as per information provided by Custmure care Named Narender Chaohan at time 6:18 PM) at cost of More than Rs 70.I also using Mobile services provided by another Reputed Company and uses Internet without Internet pack Recharge.They deduct money from my talktime package but deduction is not so big.Vodafone push me in critical circumstances at that time i have no another number for contact and no balance for call by Vodafone Number.They should left Paisa for Single call and inform me at last limit.Anyway, charge was big and return my money.

I receive a reply from company representative today .They resolved my complain and get back deducted money.Thanks to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum that are a ray of light in darkness. Thanks
