Vodafone India — Leased line and voice services

Extremely dissatisfied with the services vodafone provide and more dissatisfaction with their empoyee the way they talk. After making all payments they barred my outgoing services and lease line connectivity not
Working most of the time. I am running business and if phone line and lease line not working then who is responsible for all loss. It also effects my goodwill in market. I complained so many times but i am not getting satisfactory reply. I told them to discontinue all the services if they dont provide service so their employee said u cant change service for next three months, after that i[censored] want to change u can.
I want to get the resolution to the earliest or else refund all my amouny.
Very dissatisfied with a brand like vodafone.
