[Resolved] Vodafone India Limited — Changing the Monthly Plan without customers intimation | |||
Hi, As i'm using Vodafone services since 8 years upgraded to Post paid from past 4 years. All a sudden they have changed the monthly plan and removed my data plan services and charged me for using the data services. As i was not aware that the plan has been changed, all a sudden i was billed for Rs. 1026/- Can anyone help me out to raise the issue regarding the services.
