Hi, My name is Ankit Vijay, phone number +[protected]. My number is currently in the name of my employer. Few months back I received a mail from Vodafone that I need to transfer ownership from my company to my name else my connection would be disconnected. I immediately submitted my documents to Vodafone. Later, I was informed to submit my documents again (no reason was given for the same). I again all my documents. However, again it was rejected. This time the reason was given that my address didn't match. I again submitted all documents (for the 3rd time). I was assured that their team will take due diligence this time and make sure it is not rejected. Weeks after submitting the documents, after I didn't get any response from the team, I mailed Vodafone to ask the status. To my utter shock I was informed that it has again been rejected. I'm really fed up and frustrated of services provided by Vodafone. I'm already facing lots of issues with Vodafone network in my area (I'm fighting their customer care on this issue). Few questions to Vodafone: 1. What did they do with my documents? I do not trust them any more and I'm concern the documents might be misused by Vodafone.How can I get my old documents back? 2. Each time my documents are rejected I do not get any reply. Why Vodafone does not bother to inform me with reason of rejection? Is their any way I can take my grievance to DoT? Thanks!
