[Resolved] Vodafone India — Look @ it Services activated without any request

Look @ it services are being activated without even me opting for it. I have been charged Rs. 90 for one month. When I approached the customer care centre they were adamant that the services are being activated by me by browsing paid web pages. Even after informing him that I am not activating it and these services are being activated automatically, they were adamant and did not oblige to waive the amount charged.
Every time I received the activation message, I would de-activate the services immediately. Even after showing them all the proof the customer care team was not ready to waive the amount.
I am planning to approach the regulatory authorities for lodging a complaint against this. Can anyone help me as to whom should I lodge a complaint to. Whether with the TRAI authorities or any other authority.
