Vodafone India — Lost my money through Vodafone employee error | |||
On Sat 30th August 2014 I came into Vodafone Mapusa, Goa. I spoke to Maria Dsousa Vodafone employee and asked for data package on my sim number[protected]. She showed me the Vodafone data package chart for August September and I selected the Rs 750 package for data. I paid cash and she said it was complete. At home I had internet for one day, then it died. I came back to Maria Dsousa at Vodafone Mapusa on Monday Sept 1st to ask what happened . She looked up and said I used it all up I one day because the money was placed in error on talk time not data. She could not give me a refund. This is very bad. This was not my fault. It was represented that I had purchased a data plan for 750, the Vodafone employee or the system is responsible for my loss. Maria said all I can do was spend ANOTHER 750! But then she found out her data package charts were wrong and now I must do 850. This was a rip off! But because I live in a place where there is only Vodafone signal I am a prisoner of Vodafone. Please refund my 750 immediately, or at least give me the equivalent in data for one month. Horrified at Vodafone service, P. Brown Was this information helpful? | |||
