The payment charged to me is very high i.e Rs 7274/- against my plan of 250/- for 1GB ; How it can be more the max limit of Rs 650/- for unlimited plan. Also i have advised to set the credit limit of Rs 800/- which was revised unilaterally from vodafone side to Rs 12800 /- which is highly undesirable. It was done without my consent. As per them email was sent. But email addressed registered with vodafone was incorrect. Confirmation would have been sought from the user before revising the limit to prevent such unpleasant billing to customer. Lot os email and telecon has been exchanged and now they are using abusive language and threathening to send legal notice and collection agent at home.
