Vodafone India — making confusions in the billing of our 12 cug lines | |||||
I am rajaneesh (Manager hr), u and r engineering p. Ltd., 39/3, thamarai nagar, sihs colony, coimbatore - 641014. We are using 12 cug lines with you. Your billing made confused by last 2 months. We have asked many times for a combined billing for all numbers. Still we have paid the total amount of 6286 for last bill period, the outgoing of[protected] number is barred. We have complained this on 02.02.2018 to Corpcare. [protected]@vodafone.com, Corpcare. [protected]@vodafone.com, Vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com But no feed back, no problem solution. It is also effecting our regular business. Kindly try to solve the problem by giving a contact number, otherwise let us to port to some other better network. Was this information helpful? | |||||
