Vodafone India — Migration of my number postpaid into prepaid.. | |||
Dear Sir/mam, My name is Pradeep Kumar and my number is [protected], I have been using my number from last 11 years but due to some reason i want to migrate my no postpaid into prepaid but from the last 2 days i have cleared my all outstanding bill and completed all vodafone formalities at Vodafone main store at Preet Vihar but still they did not migrate my number into prepaid. I will never recommend anybody to use any Vodafone product. I have raised so many request to Vodafone Nodal Officer but they closed all of the requests without my notice and now I am getting frustrated... Vodafone does not have any useful customer support at all. Please never think o[censored]sing Vodafone Post Paid connection, because in future if you wants your number to migrate into prepaid, you have to face lots of difficulties and frustration and nobody will be there to help you out.
