Vodafone India — misbehave of customer care executive.PRASHANT. | |||
My name is akhileshver pratap singh.Me and my wife sapna singh are users of vodafone from past 3 years. From today my wife is not able to make a call from her number ([protected])while she is able to receive calls. To troubleshoot i exchange handset of my wife with mine. The problem is in the sim rather than in the handset.after that i called on vodafone customer care(199) and somebody attended my call(he did not tell his name while he should).I told him my problem and than he told me to hold and cut the call.I called again and this time i asked the name of person who picked my call. After asking 3 or 4 times he told his name is PRASHANT and till than he kept ignoring me. Now i am not sure whether he told me his name or others as he was not willing to tell his name. When i narrate him the problem he misbehaved with me. Everything which i told him he make me to say again.he asked me for the balance in the mobile.i told him 200, again he asked me what is the balance.this time i told him to check the balance on that he replied that i asked for his name and now he is asking for my balance.did i did something wrong when i asked for his name while he should tell me his name at the first place.After he asked for the fourth time about my balance i cut the call. After wasting so much time on bad network and calling two times at customer care now i am waisting time on lodging the complain on my mobile.kindly resolve the problem and take action against both the guys.
