[Resolved] Vodafone India — misbehaviour by the customer care executive -name as mr jaydev | |||||
Dear sir, I had conversation with mr jaydev, a customer care executive for information & activation of service. But mr jaydev misbehaved and talked in very rude manner. Vodafone name is going on high but such type of employees degreade the image of well known organization. When i said i said, i want to talk to your highrr executive he put my call on hold & after some time he cutted my call. Request to higher management of vodafone to talk to for once. One customer executive miss bhumi had called me for inquiring about the complaint.
She talked in well manner, but still I don't got any solution abiy the complain in the name of jaydev.
Kindly do the needful and save the image of Vodafone India organization.
