Misconduct from vodafone customer service dated 21/5/18, along with non stop sending of service messages mob number [protected], even on persistent request to stop. Time 3.50 pm. How can a customer service provider even dare to talk or behave like that to his/her customer, tap recorded. Who to we turn to in times of need if a care provider is the one misbehaving. Hey I'm unable to send sms from my vodafone number to anyone, i checked the message center number all is ok, when i contacted to customer support they told me that sms is barred on my number but they're not giving me reason for that.
