[Resolved] Vodafone India — Misinformation and overCharged bill | |||
I am using the Vodafone Number [protected] for last 2 years. ACcording to my monthly plan i was given 1000 minutes free local and STD calls. I was on roaming from 15th to 31st March 2015. I was charged for all my out going calls. For incoming i had roaming package activated. When i got to know the bill generated was more than double of my usual monthly bill till Feb i was very surprised i call up the Voda customer service to know the bill detail. I was told that i was charged for outgoing. When i asked them about my free 1000 minutes he person said it will not be valid in roaming. When i took the connection i was not told of the criteria. Had i known this i would have not taken the plan, unnecessary i was paying for the plan. I had no idea about the criteria. No where it is mentioned neither did anybody explained. If i knew of this i would have used the local number. I cant pay the amount unnecessary i am loosing on my plan as well as forced to pay extra for the calls i made during roaming. I want the outgoing minutes to be adjusted with my plan free minutes. This is a sheer misguidance to the customer. Bijaya shrestha [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
