I wanted to check what are deals available for my number via MyDelights. Vodafone doesn't show any deals but amount has been debited from account. When I called customer care executives to cancel/ know more about the deals I am totally not satisfied with the way they answered my questions. Now I paid for the service but I dont know what to do with the offer I have. There is no information from customer care executives/website that what exactly the deal I have. Why don't you show atleast a minimum information to user for what exactly you charging money from us?
