[Resolved] Vodafone India — Misrepresentation | |||
My vodafone number is [protected]. I m from Noida. Yesterday on 31.05.2015 I received an offer of 4gb 3g data on recharge of rs. 455... That is 2gb+2gb extra offer. I made a recharge of rs. 455, i got instant 2gb data and 2gb extra data was supposed to be credited in next 4 hours according to the customer care executive. Today 01.06.2015, I didn't received my extra 2gb data when I called vodafone customer care, they said sorry for the inconvenience but the extra benefit can't be credited. This is totally a fault of misrepresentation. Please help me regarding the following problem. Thank you! Was this information helpful? | |||

vodafone customer care is pathetic...there is no response at all...they don't give a damn about their customers!!!
