[Resolved] Vodafone India — Mobile Bill Issue | |
Kindly let me know what to do under these circumstances - when the last outstanding ( vodafone) mobile bill payment has been made in May 2014 and subsequently the person leaves the country and despite not using the mobile services any more bills keep coming and finally a legal notice threat being given. Before leaving a personal request was made to the customer services and the old id held valid no more because of which was unaware of the subsequent bills .
Kindly advise at the earliest the right procedure to follow so that no trouble ensues further. Thanking you in advance. Was this information helpful? | |

The issue has been resolved after I called up the officer I could reach in Chennai. followed his guided instructions. I mailed to [email protected] who in turn responded as early as they could.
