Vodafone India — Mobile broadcast messages | |||
Its been almost a month i'm been receiving 400 to 500 mobile broadcast messages from Vodafone Services. Many times complaints has been launched to Customer Care and till now there is no reverts on the same. Its very Irritating that without any reason messages are been popped on the screen at any given time be it midnight... or be it early morning. I want to raise complaint against vodafone services and get this matter sorted out, so that i get rid of this service and get some kind of claim on the complaint for mental torture. Select Grievance concern -->Central Govt then under Ministry Select --> Department Of Telecom.
It is a Central Govt. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and it works very fine.
I was able to get refund from Vodafone following this approach.
And Yes Don't forget to tell others about CPGRAMS.
