Vodafone India — Mobile Mela service activation as vas

This is related to mobile mela service that gets activated and charged twice without event prior notice and my consent.

The Mobile Mela service was suddenly activated on 21/Jan/2016 automatically and charged me Rs 60 and charged me till 18/05/2017 (Total of 5 months). When I checked my all SMS then I came to know that this service was automatically activated on 21/jan/2016.

When I call to vodafone customer care, executive told me that this service was activated from Internet and they are not aware of activation of such services.

I never activated mobile mela services from the Internet and deactivated now. But I didn't get my money back.

They are really doing fraud with there own customers for the sack of money.
Please look into this.
