I have been using Vodafone from past 5 month, my problem is that they are deducting balance without informing me, showing reason that I have activated Mobile Mela service, wheather I have not done this. Whenever they are sending this mesage they also including they deactivation key as well, After deactivating it once again its becoming activated itself. Every time deducts 5 Rupees. Even I called customer care service they said they can not give the details information of that mentioned service.
