CUSTOMERS' CONSENT BEFORE VALUE ADDED SERVICES VODSUGGRULE CUSTOMERS' CONSENT BEFORE VALUE ADDED SERVICES VODAFONE, INDIA THE MOBILE PHONE SERVICES PROVIDER IS THE COMPANY WHICH LOOSE ITS CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF THE COMPANY'S GREED FOR MARKET DEVELOPING, FOR SELLING INTERNET SERVICE FACILTY AND TO OBTAIN UNDUE INTERNET SERVICE CHARGES . IN MANY CASES THE CUSTOMERS IN INDIA DO NOT USE INTERNET SERVICES ON THEIR MOBILE PHONE BECAUSE THEY EITHER USE WI-FI FACILITY OR USE ANOTHER MOBILE INSTRUMENTS WITH INTERNET FACILITIES OR USING NON COMPITENT MOBILE PHONE INSTRUMENTS OR NOT USING INTERNET FACILITY AT ALL. EVEN AFTER KNOWING ABOVE FACTS, ONLY BECAUSE OF GREED OF MARKET DEVELOPING AND TO TAKE AWAY THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES THE COMPANY IMPLEMENT THE TAC TICS THAT ANY NEW CUSTOMER INSERT HIS/HER SIM CARD IN HIS MOBILE INSTRUMENT OR EXISTING CUSTOMER CHANGE THE SIM CARD TO ANOTHER MOBILE INSTRUMENT, AUTOMATIC INTERNET FACILTY STARTS UP AND BILLING STARTS FOR INTERNET FACLITY CHARGES, EVEN THOUGH THE CUSTOMER HAS NOT REQUSTED FOR, NOR CONSETED FOR, NOR OPTED FOR SUCH FACILITY. MANY A TIMES THE CUSTOMERS DO NOT KNOW THE POSITION UNTILL THE HIGHER SIZE BILL IS RECEIVED FROM THE COMPANY. BECAUSE OF SUCH TAC- TICS THE CUSTOMERS ARE ANNOYED. THE COMPANY DOES NOT SOLVE THE GREVANCES OF THE CUSTOMERS, UNDER THE GREED OF OBTAINING THE ADDITIONAL INCOME AS CHARGES, MISCONVINCING THE CUSTOMER THAT THE SERVICE IS ALREADY UTILISED BY THE CUSOMER, OR THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTER EXECUTIVES NOT PROVIDED DUE POWERS FOR WAIVING SUCH CHARGES ETC., ULTIMATELY THE ANNOYED CUSTOMERS MOSTLY PAY THE BILL UNHEAPPILY. AFTER REPEATED EXPERIANCE CUSTOMERS ARE FORCED TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT WITH THE COMPANY. IT IS TO BE SUGGESTED, FOR AVOIDING SUCH A SITUATION, THE TRAI SHOULD CONTORL THE TELECOMUNICATION COMPANIES AND SHOULD COMPEL THE COMPANIES FOR STARTTING UP ANY VALUE ADDED SERVICES, THE COMPANIES SHOULD ADHARE TO THE RULE FOR OBTAINING THE FORMAL REQUEST OF THE CUSTOMERS, ADDITIONAL CONSENT OF THE CUSTOMERS AND FINALLY CONFIRMING THE CONSENT OF THE CUSTOMERS BEFORE STARTING OF RQUESTED VALUE ADDED SERVICES.
