Vodafone India — mobile recharge reg. | |||
Sir, My vodafone No. [protected], on 04.10.2018 i have recharged online of Rs. 100 around 8.45pm and i have received the message also, then next day on 05.10.2018 i saw a balance amt. it shows 0.01 ps. so i called customer care they said we refund the same amount within 30 minutes, but they didn't refund the money, so again nearly 4 to 5 times i have called and registered the complaint all executive told me to refund the money within 30 minutes finally one executive around 9.45pm called told me we con't give you back that amount. then disconnected the phone. we have not subscribe any offers, why should your people are deduct the money kindly refund the money immediately. with regards, Vathsala Was this information helpful? | |||
