[Resolved] Vodafone India — mobile shield insurance claim
I have taken insurance for iphonex and i met with an accident and my phone screen damaged. I submitted all my documents and now my claim is rejected without any reason. There is no transparency, no updates, they just decide abruptly and reject the claim. Is this for what i have been paying insurance premium monthly to vodafone.
Date of the incident was 21-jan and the same day i raised a claim and started the process of document submission, today i check the status and see the claim is rejected and the details have been sent in email however i have not received any email stating the reason for rejection.
