Vodafone India — Money deduction activating unwanted services

Dear Sir, my balance of rs70 has been deducted due to activation of two unwanted services rs 35 each on 25th and 28th dec.i tried customer care n as per my request dey deactivated d services n said money will be refunded.but sorry to say sir, i cudnt get my money back till now.my no is Vodafon odisha [protected] . kindly give my money back.TY .
