Dear Sir/Madam An amount of Rs 90 has been wrongly deducted from my number on account of LIVE TV subscription which i have never subscribed to. This is another marketing malpractice of vodafone duping customers of their money. Kindly look into the matter so that vodafone credits my money back into the account. Jul 21, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The called me and said that by mistake i only had opted for the plan rather than accepting their mistake and refunded my money. Pity how they feel they can cheat customers in this era and get away. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
