[Resolved] Vodafone India — my account is in debit balance my package is 399 for 84 days | |||
My account is in debit balance, i am not to call toll free numbers, not able to send sms. My package is rs.399/- for 84 days (I am using this facilities since one year), if i am correct 1.4gb free net facilities, 100 sms free and all calls are free in roaming also. I am not able to understand, when you have given all facilities are free, but you have debited my amount 10/- debit balance and i have requested you for data pack for one day, i have not requested for any loan facilities, last month itself i have requested you not to give any credit facilities to my account.
