Vodafone India — My bill is too much extra according my uses | |||
i am a your valuable customer since last 15 years. my number is [protected]. and i never face this kind of problem. I have no contact out side of india and no any other international connection so why should i called any international call. you charge 50 minutes duration. now please tell me if i have no contact out of india so how can i call ISD and international call. now please check my all details and solve my problem as soon as possible. because i will not pay this bill.many times i call your customer care and submit my complaint but no salutations my compliant. please check my problem because the fault from Vodafone company Vodafone service is very bad and also customer care very bad.no anyone solve my problem.i will not pay my bill u can do do you want.i will complaint against your company in consumer court and port my number in Airte this bill was made by vodafone mistake.they told me i called in ISD number but i never ever any ISD call. First write a mail to Vodafone Customer care[oral complaints not taken seriously].
If they don't solve the problem in 4-5 days then Just Write your complaint to CPGRAMS and see the effect for yourself, Include the docket no of complaint to Vodafone for reference purpose.

Select Grievance concern -->Central Govt then under Ministry Select --> Department Of Telecom.
It is a Central Govt. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and it works very fine.
I was able to get a refund of Rs 3000 from Vodafone following this approach.
And Yes Don't forget to tell others about CPGRAMS.
