Vodafone India — My outgoing blocked since 25th July

To The Concern Person Vodafone I am having your post paid no. whose outgoing is blocked since 25th July 2014. I have called your customer care numerous of times but in return only getting assurance of 2 hrs, 4 hrs, 24 hrs, 48 hrs max. resolution time all in vain. Even I tried to call your Nodal Officer Mr. Manish number of time over [protected] for the resolution but he isn't taking the call. As this is my official post paid no. hence I am facing lots of problem and your technical team isn't provide the remedy for the same so please look into it on priority basis.
