Vodafone India — My Postpaid bill generates very late and getting excessive bill | |||
My Postpaid bill generates very late and getting excessive bill I am using Vodafone Postpaid services since 3 months and plan is 499. I am facing below issues with Vodafone. 1.As per plan and Vodafone rules, Bill should get generated on 31st of every month.But I am not receiving the bill in that date and bill is getting generated on after 5th of every month.For this month I received sms for bill details on 6th septemeber and not in mail also Please generate the bill on the specif date (31st) only not on other dates 2.If I see bill it doesn't provide the full details as it provides only summary report.No can understand these type of bills .As a customer I want to know the full details of my postpaid services, I should know how many calls I made in this month with dates, How much data i used in a specific dates.I am not able to see all these details in bills. Please provide complete information when you send bill to customer. 3. Everytime vodafone charges me more than expected.My plan is 499, but every month I am paying above 700.This time I have to pay 750 rupees, don't know how Vodafone charges like this.I am not at all comfortable with these services.Some of friends also facing these problems but still we are not getting proper solution on this.Now I see all my colleagues and friends converting their vodafone services to other network. Please look into this issue. 4.If I use internet(Data ) for some time then turn off to internet.Then Immediately I should get a message that You have consumed this much of amount of data and remaining data is XXX.But we are seeing this facility since I took a connection. Please provide these details. I am not at all happy with these services .Kindly provide a solution as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
