Vodafone India — network issue in my area because of cell tower removal

I stay in rajarajeswari nagar bangalore, ph - [protected].

I was facing network problem since 2 months due to cell tower removal, raised complaints to vodafone which were closed without solving.

They are not solving the network issue nor refunding the money in my prepaid sim.

I wanted to port to another number but the money in my sim will be lost.

Hence i kindly request you to advice vodafone to refund the money.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by sourirajanks I got a call from [protected], telling that he will fix the network issue, and asked for my debit card details for 20 rupees deduction.
Vodafone pls confirm if its a genuine call, not sure how he got the number.
