Vodafone India — Network issue not resolved | |||
I am a Vodafone customer (No: [protected]) since past 4+ years and i've been using postpaid connection since past one year. I recently switched my plan to Vodafone postpaid CUG 375. After 3 days(21st March, 2015) I got a call that it is activated and my mobile network will be disconnected and resumed within next 2 hrs. But after that all my incoming and outgoing calls got blocked. Outgoing calls were disconnected as soon as I dial. Calling to my number gave a message that "All incoming calls to this number are restricted" Despite of daily visit to Vodafone store, replacing the sim, replacing the handset, and paying heed to all petty advices from vodafone service people, the issue was not resolved. Now because of this problem I am trying to switch to other network. But Vodafone is not giving NOC for the other network to process my Porting request. Because of this unresolved Vodafone network issue, I am about to lose my personal contact number which will create further trouble. Was this information helpful? | |||
