Vodafone India — network issues | |||
I have been using 2 postpaid connection of vodafone from many years however from last 4-5 month the network has become very poor no matter wherever i go... Vodafone informed me that a new tower has been installed but i don't find any improvement. Calls disconnect... Internet never works and still i have to pay the full bill for my both the numbers which is unfair... If i am paying for something then i expect it to work. I want a full refund of my last 4 months bill of both the numbers otherwise i will be going to the consumer court... I have all the recordings and correspondence with vodafone support... I have called them up at least 5-6 times and there's nothing much they were able to do in this case.
