Vodafone India — network problem

I am using vodafone network in kolkata province, but it is very disappointed to see that ' no network', voice call service disrupted, fluctuating network single bar to no network and 4g service is like to see full moon. Literally it is going on for last two month and still running on. Complaining in customer care they just telling about network maintenance and repeating like parrot. Call drop is like regular thing. I am already in 399 package, after payment in full advance, disgraceful service like that and just taking our money for nothing.
