[Resolved] Vodafone India — network quality and customer support | |||
After so much of struggle with vodafone network, i raised first complaint on 30 aug. They asked to manually select vodafone or idea, whichever is better but it did not help as both are poor in this area of pune city. The network disappears and fluctuates all the time. Call drops and zero network is everyday issue. Forget about internet, calling is difficult here. Technician visited and he tried some optimization but no improvement. I raised complaints on twitter. Again so many promises and tries but zero improvement. Everybody is frustrated with the service in this area.in second visit, technician suggested me to use 2g for better experience. I am a postpaid customer paying 399 inr per month for an unlimited plan and this is what they are giving as service. I work from that area and it has caused me professional loss and mental stress as i had to run from here and there always. Kindly help. Was this information helpful? | |||
